About the Fall Community ASL Class

Learning to visually communicate using ASL may help resolve communication barriers and aid in building a relationship with people living with a disability. The mission of this class is to teach participants to be able to communicate in ASL at a basic level while learning key aspects of Deaf culture. Class participants will learn manual alphabet, numbers, WH-Questions, 100 basic signs (from ASL University and ASL That!), basic conversation words and phrases (from Meredith ASL), and Deaf Culture, in 8 weekly sessions.
